Nine months Shelf life
Ingredients: Water, Pea Protein, Soy Protein, Wheat Gluten, Jackfruit Flour, Dietary Fiber, Starch, Idozed Salt, Stabilizer INS 466, Peanut Curd, Refined Mustard Oil, Refinded Sunflower Oil, Ginger Garlic Paste, Chilli Powder, Lemon Juice, Tandoori Masala, Black Salt, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala, Kasurimethi, Edible color, Saffron.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Add the chunks to the tray and brush lightly with some oil. Cook for about 7-8 minutes until internal core temperature reaches 74°C/165°F.
- Thaw the product in the refrigerator (0-4°C) for 12-16 hours.
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat.
- Add the product to the heated pan & cook it by turning it in between.
- Cook the chunks for 11-12 minutes until the internal core temperature reaches 74°C/165°F.
